Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accessing the Envirolyte Learning Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

The Academy is intended for business and professional use by individuals acting on behalf of an organization. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization to register for an account.

Educational Content

All video content is provided for educational purposes. Content reflects Envirolyte USA's understanding of on-site generation technology and sanitation operations at the time of recording. Always consult with Envirolyte USA or qualified professionals before making operational changes.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account access with others
• You may not redistribute, download, or screen-record video content
• Video content is protected and embedded with domain-level restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Academy to: violate any applicable law; interfere with or disrupt the Academy's operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; or use automated means to access or extract content without our prior written permission.

Consultation and Inquiry Requests

Submitting a consultation or inquiry request through the Academy does not create a contractual or consulting relationship. Any resulting services will be governed by a separate agreement between you and Envirolyte USA.

Intellectual Property

All video content, text, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through the Academy are owned by or licensed to Envirolyte USA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to view content as permitted by your account, no rights are granted to you in this content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Academy and request deletion of your account at any time.

No Warranties

Educational content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results may vary based on facility conditions, equipment configuration, and operational practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envirolyte USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Academy or its content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Academy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
