Privacy Policy

The Envirolyte Learning Academy (the "Academy") is a free video library for people who run or buy sanitation and related operations. It is run by Envirolyte USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Envirolyte USA," "we," "us"), at 2115 SW 2nd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Phone: (954) 712-7409.

Information you give us:

• Account details: your full name, company name, business email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored in protected form.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Sign in with Google," Google tells us your name and email address. We never receive your Google password. We use that information only to create and open your Academy account.
• Requests you send us: if you fill out a consultation or inquiry form, we keep what you type, the episode you were watching, and the date.
• Saved episodes and preferences you set in your profile.

Information collected as you use the Academy:

• Episode activity: which episodes you open, how many times, when you last opened them, which ones you save, and the page you came from. This is linked to your account and company.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser type, device type and IP address, that our hosting and video providers receive when you visit.

• To create your account and let you watch episodes.
• To answer consultation and inquiry requests and to contact you about them.
• To see which topics and industries interest our members, so we can make better episodes.
• To send your welcome email, and educational emails if you have said you want them.
• To keep the Academy secure, fix problems, and meet legal duties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other companies' sites. We share it only with:

• Envirolyte USA staff who need it to run the Academy or answer your request.
• Service providers that help us run the Academy, who may use your information only to provide those services: providers that host and run the Academy, our video provider (Vimeo), Google (for sign-in), our email delivery provider, and tools we use to keep track of and respond to requests.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Envirolyte USA, our members or others.
• A buyer or successor, if Envirolyte USA is sold or reorganized. We would tell you if your information would be handled under a different policy.

The Academy uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. When you play a video, Vimeo may set its own cookies and receive information about your viewing. Please read Vimeo's privacy policy for details. We may use basic analytics to understand how the Academy is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may not be able to stay signed in.

We send account emails, like your welcome message, when you register. We send educational or marketing emails only if you have said you want them. Every marketing email will show our mailing address and a way to unsubscribe, and we will stop sending within 10 business days of your request. You can also change your email choices in your profile.

We collect your phone number so we can follow up on requests you send us and for account purposes. We will not send marketing text messages without asking for your permission first.

We keep your account and activity information while your account is active and for 24 months after your last activity. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete your account, we will do so, except for records we must keep to meet legal duties or settle disputes. Copies in backups are removed on our normal schedule.

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete your account. Contact us using the details below and we will answer within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time and still use the Academy.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under your state's privacy law. If you do, tell us what you want in your request and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

The Academy is for adults who work in business. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Academy is run from the United States and is meant for people here. If you use it from another country, your information will be sent to and handled in the United States.

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will change the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
